San Diego, Calif., 04 Feb. 28, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties’ new home division continued its growth streak in 2021, with its agents becoming the preferred sales representative for many Southern California builders and developers.

Led by founding directors of New Homes Markus Canter and Cristie St. James of the company’s Beverly Hills office, the division has built its reputation in the high-traffic markets of Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange and San County.
