Ordinance 2022-O-24 (RZ-2461-22) Zoning Amendment to Ordinance Granting General Zoning Implementation Plan By Brian Munson, Agent for Hartung Brother Inc, to rezone the property from the RD (Rural Development) and AT (Transitional Agriculture) districts to the PDD-GIP (Planned Development District – General Implementation Plan) district to allow for mixed-use development including the employment, retail, and multifamily.
